The Roots of Nice's Services
Cynthia Nice has a serving heart and has been involved in providing care to individuals with disabilities since 1990. She is the heart of this agency and the services that are provided daily. Nice's is a family based agency that hand picks its staff with a high standard. Nice's Services is now directed by Cynthia's daughter Angela Offenberger, she has been shadowing the care and services that have been delivered for the past 10+ years.
